My journey into food began with a simple passion: bringing people together around a table. What started as a love for cooking, baking, and hosting gradually led me into the world of corporate dining and pastry arts, where I discovered the power of food to create connection, conversation, and lasting memories.
Over the years, I've worked in corporate dining and as a pastry chef, gaining experience in both the operational and creative sides of hospitality. But beyond the technical skills, what has always inspired me most is the joy of feeding people and creating experiences that make them feel welcomed, cared for, and connected.

Priya Ramnarayan
With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, I have built a successful career while staying true to my passion for bringing people together. I believe that the strongest connections are formed through shared experiences, meaningful conversations, and good food.
I have always been drawn to hosting, storytelling, and community-building, finding joy in creating experiences that bring people closer together. Whether curating an intimate gathering or a larger community event, my goal is to foster connection, spark conversation, and create memorable moments that leave people feeling valued, welcomed, and part of something meaningful.

Rasa Tales was born from a friendship and a simple belief: some of life's most meaningful moments happen around a table. While Samidha followed her passion for food and hospitality, Priya brought her eye for detail and thoughtful execution to every experience.
What started as hosting friends and family soon became a bigger vision. Together, they envisioned a different kind of dining experience — one where every detail is intentional, every course sparks curiosity, and every guest becomes part of the story.
